1. Log into your Equip Foods account: https://www.equipfoods.com/a/account/login 

2. Scroll to the top of the page, then select the More tab and click on the Cancel Button.

You will be seeing this pop-up page, which will prompt you to skip the subscription instead. Clicking on continue, you will be prompted to answer a short survey on why you would like to cancel the subscription.
