1. First, log into the portal: https://www.equipfoods.com/a/account/login
2. Next, you'll enter your email address to have a log-in link sent to you.
3. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab
3. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab
4. Click "Edit" on the subscription you'd like to cancel
5. Scroll to the bottom and select "Cancel Subscription"
