Log in to your account
- Visit https://www.equipfoods.com/a/account/
- Enter your email address to receive a 4-digit login code in your inbox
- If you have a phone number on your account, you'll also receive the code via SMS
- Can't remember which email you used? Contact our support team
Access your subscription
- Click on the "Subscriptions" navigation link
- If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one you want to update
Navigate to payment settings
- Scroll down to find the 'Payment' section
- Click to open your payment settings
Update your payment method
- Option 1: Click 'Securely Update' to receive an email with instructions to update your existing payment method
- Option 2: Click the primary payment method dropdown menu, then select "Add New Payment Method"
Save your changes
- After entering your new payment details, click 'Save Changes'
Adding a backup payment method
💡 Pro Tip: To avoid any disruption in receiving your subscription orders on time, we recommend adding a backup payment method in case your primary payment method doesn't process successfully.
Go to the Payment Method section
- In the same Payment section where you manage your primary payment method
- See the "Backup Payment Method" section
Select a backup method
- Click 'Choose Payment Method' under the Backup Payment Method section
- Select or add the payment method you'd like to use as a backup
Confirm your selection
- Click 'Save Changes' to set your backup payment method
Troubleshooting Shop Pay:
If you pay for your subscription via Shop Pay and are having issues updating your payment method within your subscription account:
- Login on the Shop Pay site, click into the active subscription from Equip, then click on "Edit payment method"
