My order is missing or stolenUpdated a month ago

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we want it to get to you as quickly as possible! 

You can visit our Claims Portal to submit a request for a lost or stolen item. 

Be prepared to enter your order number and the email address or zip code used to place your order.

Note that to account for common carrier delays, you may only submit a claim for a lost order if it's been at least 5 days since the last update or at least 3 days since the delivery date. In some situations, you may be prompted to wait to submit your request.
