Equip partners with TrueMed to allow eligible customers to pay with HSA/FSA funds for qualified purchases.
One-Time Orders at Checkout To pay directly with an HSA/FSA card during checkout, you must use Guest Checkout:
Bypass Express Checkout: Deselect Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. TrueMed will not appear if express wallets are active.
Select TrueMed: At the Payment step, select TrueMed - HSA/FSA as your payment method.
Complete Survey: Answer the brief health qualification survey when prompted.
Finalize Purchase: Once qualified, enter your HSA/FSA card details to complete the transaction.
Subscription Orders & Post-Purchase Reimbursement TrueMed cannot process HSA/FSA cards directly at checkout for automated recurring subscriptions.
Fill out this qualification link to qualify. You'll receive instructions on how to reimburse your subscription orders or your one-time order, post-checkout.
Note: The availability of the HSA payment option may vary based on your location and eligibility. Reimbursement amounts also vary by state and income.
