Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The “Wyoming Ranch Trip Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Equip Foods LLC, 180 Lakeview Ave Ste 1710 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, any party involved in promoting this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

• Purchase Entry: Each product purchased on equipfoods.com during the Promotion Period = one (1) entry.
  
  

• Alternative Free Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without purchase, handprint your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a standard business envelope to: 66 W Flagler St Suite 900 #10051, Miami, FL 33130. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 21, 2025 and received by October 28, 2025 to be eligible.
  
  

• Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of entry method. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

5. Prizes

Four (4) prizes will be awarded. Winners will have the option to choose either:

• Trip Prize: An all-inclusive Wyoming ranch trip for winner and one (1) guest, including 3 nights’ lodging, meals, activities, and flights (Approximate Retail Value: $12,000); OR
  
  

• Cash Prize: $12,000 cash alternative.

Total ARV of all prizes: $48,000.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize and each winner will have the option to choose only one out of the two available prize options and not both. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 will be issued for the prize value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will take place on or before November 10, 2025. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of drawing. Winners must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity; Privacy

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.equipfoods.com/pages/privacy-policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, influencers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Promotion Parties”) from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or the acceptance/use of any prize. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize[s]. 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, any fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. 

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Miami, Florida.

12. Winners List

For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 66 W Flagler St Suite 900 #10051, Miami, FL 33130 by December 31, 2025.
