We pride ourselves on partnering with farms that have ethical and sustainable standards. Calves are kept with their mothers for the first 6–8 months. All cows are pasture-raised, meaning they roam freely for the significant majority of the year. The only exception is when it is too cold for them to be comfortable outside. None of the cows are artificially inseminated. All our cows are hormone free.
