Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their package without providing a reason.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request To initiate an official EU withdrawal request, submit your details through our EU Return Portal. 

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. If you generate a return shipping label through our portal, the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Refund Timeline: Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided we have received the returned items or valid proof of return shipment.

Exceptions & Exclusions Per Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Unsealed or opened food, supplement, or consumable items (for health protection and hygiene reasons).

• Personalized or custom items.

• Digital products or downloads.
