Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] as soon as you can. Our shipping team usually processes orders within 24-48 hours, and sometimes even faster. 

If you need to cancel your order during our working hours, we'll do our best to help. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it, but we can guide you through the return/refund process.

In order to prevent a subscription from renewing, subscriptions must be canceled prior to the order being processed. Please note that canceling your subscription will stop more orders from being renewed in the future, however, canceling a subscription does not cancel an already automatically created order.
