We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to assist where possible. However, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it, even if you contact us immediately after.

While we can’t cancel or adjust an order after it’s been placed, we’re happy to help with our simple return or refund process once the order arrives.

For subscriptions, please ensure you cancel before your next order is processed to avoid renewal. Canceling a subscription will stop future renewals but does not cancel any orders that have already been generated.
