We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help whenever we can! If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Our shipping team works quickly to process orders, often within 24 hours, and sometimes even faster. Because of this, there’s a very short window for us to make adjustments. While we’ll do our best to assist during our working hours but if your order has already been shipped or is being packed up, we’re unable to cancel it or make changes. Don’t worry—we can still help you with our straightforward return or refund process.

For subscriptions, please cancel them before your next order is processed to avoid renewal. Keep in mind that canceling your subscription will stop future renewals but won’t affect any orders that have already been created automatically.
