This year the meat comes from farms throughout Sweden, this can change depending on supply constraints but that’s where our current supply comes from. The feed for cattle consists of coarse fodder from hay, silage and grass with the addition of concentrated feed. There are no hormones added and the cattle are fed this for their entire lifespan. All animals are pasture-fed during the summer too.
