We love monk fruit and stevia — they’re great options for many of our products, especially when we’re formulating powders or drinks. But for a whole food bar like Prime, we chose honey and dates because they add not only sweetness, but also texture, flavor, and nutrients like polyphenols and trace minerals. Again, we still use stevia and monk fruit in our other products where it makes sense — but for Prime Bar, real food sources gave us the best taste, texture, and digestibility. With Prime Bar, we wanted something that tasted incredible and digested comfortably — so we kept it simple and real. So no syrups, sugar alcohols, or artificial sweeteners — just real food
