Why does my Pure Pre look clumpy?Updated 4 hours ago
It’s completely normal for Pure Pre to develop clumps, and rest assured, it’s still safe and effective to use. You may just need to break up the clumps before mixing.
Clumping happens because we use high doses of performance ingredients (like citrulline) and intentionally avoid adding flow agents or fillers such as silicon dioxide or calcium silicate. These additives are commonly used to prevent clumping, but we leave them out to keep our formulas as clean and minimal as possible.
That said, the level of clumping some customers have experienced is unusual. We’re actively working with our manufacturer to better understand the cause and reduce this issue in future batches.
